Try out Day
Start your day with a lovely cup of tea meet your coach at the shooting range you will then shown how to hold a gun and gun safety you will the move to the range and under instruction shoot in turn with others, you will shoot 25 cartridges at 25 clays and at the end of the season you will return to the clubhouse and then you are finished time of shooting depends on how fast people shoot take your time and enjoy.
Gun Safety and Handling.
We also offer gun safety and handling courses if you are thinking about getting a shotgun license then you will need to do this course it will teach you how to strip guns down for clean and put back together and the shoot on the range this is one day course held at different grounds space are limited so need to book in advance.
Once you have obtained your shotgun we will be running fortnightly shoots on different types of clay shooting for you to try also we can arrange for coaches to train you All our services are free of charge you only have to pay for your shooting and the coach we will also shoot late evenings in the summer months you never know how good you are unless you try.
Young shots
We will be offering young shot days for everyone, we will take you through the basic of clay shooting and can guide you through the different types of clay shooting disciplines and more we have many contacts to pass you on to we welcome girls and boys of all ages from 9 + but must be accompanied by adults at all time due to the nature of this sport full concentration is need and discipline at all time we have the right to remove anyone who fails to comply for safety reasons your cooperation is most Important.
Ladies day
This is for the ladies that like to or can shoot we are offering different disciplines for you to try Skeet and Down the line single barrel.
This is something different from the normal sporting you will be amazed at how much fun it is, come and try you are paying for one round on each but you can purchase as many as you like at an additional cost on the day.
You are welcome to use your own gun or we can supply you with everything you need ear protection and glasses are a must.
